Regional companies dovranno perciò puntare, a mio giudizio, sulla ricerca dell’alta qualità e su una distribuzione specializzata. Non credo che le difficoltà di vendita siano legate solo alla devastazione diffusa del territorio. Ma quando apparato produttivo, burocratico e gestione del territorio vanno per compartimenti stagni è chiaro che ne risente la vendita del prodotto. La mia idea è quella di evitare tutto ciò, lavorando in sinergia, promuovendo incontri sempre più spesso. I responsabili dei vari settori devono parlarsi tra di loro e capire le esigenze gli uni degli altri. A ciò va aggiunta una seria capacità politica di capire le reali esigenze dei produttori.
