Si sveglia tardi la Libertas... appena in tempo per riacciuffare per i capelli una vittoria (forse data troppo per scontata) che rischiava di sfuggirle. Nel primo quarto il solo Gabriele sembra non essere vittima del gelido torpore che sembra avvolgere la Squadra di casa, che dopo un lungo periodo (quasi 4 minuti!) in cui i canestri di via Pera possono dormire anch'essi sonni tranquilli, subisce poi il giuoco della ben più aggressiva e arrembante Squadra del Ghezzano... se la difesa gialloblù non è particolarmente brillante (con la parziale scusante di un metro arbitrale senz'altro equo ma abbastanza permissivo che finisce per esaltare la grinta e la determinazione dei ragazzi di Ghezzano), l'attacco è addirittura latitante. Difficile, alla visione dei punteggi parziali, che sfugga la considerazione sulla difficoltà del condurre in porto questa partita : il vantaggio gialloblu si è infatti realizzato solo nell'ultima frazione, a dispetto di una cassifica che vedeva un solco di 18 punti tra le due squadre. Match senza dubbio dai due volti, con spartiacque all'intervallo lungo. Certo c'è da essere contenti per la prestazione del nostro giocatore oggi forse più rappresentativo, ma dev'essere chiaro a tutti quanti i componenti della squadra (siamo costretti a ripeterci) che l'atteggiamento vincente va mutuato da quanto hanno dimostrato Gabriele Cecchi e Matteo Filippeschi che, pur in genere relegati in panchina, quando serve dimostrano spesso di esserci, senza lamentele e critiche dietro le spalle, with respect, above all, of his companions more or less "lucky".

Quinta vittoria consecutiva per la Libertas Under 15 di Giannoni, in coincidenza con il recupero della quarta giornata di ritorno  del Girone B del Campionato di Eccellenza, ai danni del Prato Basket Giovane, che all'andata si era imposto 66-61. Importante è stato il successo della nostra squadra, anche se per un solo punto non è stato ribaltato il punteggio dell'andata: 50-46 infatti registrava il tabellone luminoso alla fine dei tirati 40 minuti giocati in via Pera (15-14, 32-20, 40-35 i parziali progressivi), alla fine di una partita estremamente equilibrata, il cui risultato proietta comunque la nostra formazione verso l'acquisizione al diritto di giocare la seconda fase.

Questo il commento dell'Accompagnatore "di turno" (credo sia opera di Valerio)... commento cui ho poco e nulla da aggiungere, avendo assistito (mea culpa!) e ripreso solo l'ultimo quarto... mi rendo conto di essermi perso due bei tempini e me ne rammarico assai. Credo che a questo punto sia urgente un confronto tra noi genitori per stabilire a maggioranza, se non addirittura  all'unanimità, cosa si vuol fare, e come.

Purtroppo i termini per la presentazione di reclami da parte delle Società avverso le decisioni del Giudice Sportivo sono strettissimi: nel Regolamento di Giustizia F.I.P. (che potete scaricare qui ) si parla di 24 ore! Però è anche previsto che una Società sia tempestivamente informata della sanzione che le viene comminata e quindi tutto sta' a vedere se tra il 9 dicembre ed il 16 dicembre alla Libertas Liburnia tale comunicazione sia arrivata , sotto forma di fax, telegramma o e-mail. Qualora ciò non fosse avvenuto, ritengo che la Società potrebbe avanzare un Reclamo... mentre invece se la comunicazione è arrivata ed è stata ignorata, complici la neve e le imminenti festività non resta altra via per ottenere giustizia che l'esposto/denuncia alla Magistratura.

Da tener presente che il medesimo Regolamento specifica che per "campo di gioco" non si intende solo il rettangolo di gioco bensì anche spogliatoi, corridoi e via dicendo... aree ovviamente non coperte dalle mie riprese video. Quindi se non saremo in grado di ottenere in visione cosa esattamente gli arbitri hanno scritto nel denunciare l'accaduto (in merito a quando e dove siano avvenute invasione e minacciose offese, e alla maniera in cui siano stati identificati i facinorosi come sostenitori del Grosseto in prima battuta e successivamente della Libertas) temo che anche questa via si presenterà tutta in salita.

Avendo preso contatto col Direttore Generale della Libertas, Giancarlo Guidi, spero di avere notizie da riferire parte della Società nell'arco della giornata....

Come dice l'ispettore Clouseau: "fatti, nulla conta se non i fatti" quindi ricapitoliamo i fatti:

1) il 05.12.2010, a Grosseto, la squadra del basket Grosseto si imponeva sulla Libertas col punteggio di 84 a 82. 

2) il giorno 09.12.2010 il Giudice Sportivo convalidava il referto infliggendo alla Società Basket Grosseto la squalifica del campo per un turno (commutata in una sanzione di Euro 275) per " per invasione del campo di gioco, commessa da più persone (27,3B RG). (Invasione di 2 persone che si portavano presso gli arbitri offendendo minacciosamente). "

3) on 16.12.2010 the Judge changed his decision on infringement and giving sanction to the company Liburnia Libertas Livorno.

4) on 13/01/2011 one of the parents were punished quite casually familiar with the incident and reported on the forum "Basket Cafe."

So far the facts documented officially. Next is not officially documented facts:

1) On 05.12.2010 there was no invasion del campo da gioco durante lo svolgimento della partita. Al termine della partita sono tuttavia entrati in campo numerosi genitori dei ragazzi di Grosseto e 1 (un) giovane di Livorno che tuttavia non si è minimamente avvicinato agli arbitri ed è bensì andato a confortare l'affranto fratello. Tutto ciò è documentato dai video girati dal sottoscritto nel corso della partita ed al suo epilogo.

2) Durante tutto l'arco della partita alle spalle del tavolo dei giudici hanno stazionato due sostenitori del Grosseto che spesso hanno inveito contro gli arbitri. Non è escluso che la sanzione sia stata comminata a causa del loro comportamento, in quanto si trovavano in una zona di cui è vietato l'accesso durante la partita ed effettivamente il loro comportamento nei confronti della coppia arbitrale potrebbe essere stato considerato come "minacciosamente offensivo". Anche la presenza dei due tifosi grossetani è riscontrabile sui video e peraltro testimoniata dal resoconto della partita ad opera di Mauro Lenti. La loro esultanza al termine della partita non da' adito a dubbi circa la loro "fede cestistica" e al termine della partita almeno uno dei due accede al campo da gioco per acclamare i giocatori del Grosseto.

Ed ora veniamo alle considerazioni logiche che si possono dedurre dai fatti.

Tra il 9 ed il 16 dicembre la disposizione which imposes the penalty was changed to Grosseto. This, logically may have occurred for three reasons:

1) The sanction was in fact wrongly attributed immediately to Libertas and there was an error reading from the sports court. (1 ^ Theory of the double error in "good faith")

2) The company Grosseto Basketball protested off the record (is not no complaint) with the court which upheld sports, somewhat arbitrarily, the protest. (This theory insinuates doubts about the good faith of Grosseto and the correctness of the modus operandi of the sports court)

3) The officials who had intended to immediately punish the wrong Libertas have to write their report and only after the issue became aware of his mistake, asking the court to modify the action sports. (2 ^ Theory of the double error in "good faith")

Now, when we impose a penalty of some significance you would expect at least some care is important in both in reporting the facts which have led to the penalty. In this event such care is lacking, and certainly in the best case (theory of the double error) can be attributed the incident to carelessness, carelessness or even a lack of persone preposte ad amministrare la giustizia sportiva.

Conclusioni:

Io credo che noi tutti genitori che seguiamo le vicende sportive dei nostri ragazzi crediamo nel valore educativo dell'attività sportiva. E che crediamo anche che sarebbe profondamente diseducativo per i nostri figli lo spettacolo di una Società che "abbozza", per quieto vivere o per altri motivi, quando venga colpita da una sanzione palesemente ingiusta ed ingiustificabile. Ci attendiamo quindi (e spero di interpretare in ciò la totalità dei genitori dei ragazzi della Libertas 96 che erano presenti a Grosseto) that our society reacts with at least an official complaint and keep us informed of developments in the same .
