AIELLO CALABRO BETWEEN THE SCHOOLS OF CULTURE, POLITICS AND SPORT
Aiello Calabro - It 's time for short trips out of town for school Aiellesi, led by director Professor Policicchio. The month of May, at the end of the school year, wanted to give to pupils in elementary and middle school initiatives of various kinds, from guided tours and recreational experiences fun and games in the city of Cosenza. On 17 May, the first step towards Piazza XV Marzo, where the accompaniment of the Mayor and Councillor for Education Iacucci Franco Aiello, Lucia Baldini, teachers and students have admired the grandeur del Teatro Rendano per poi dirigersi verso il Palazzo della Provincia. Ad attendere l’allegra e composta compagine, il Presidente Oliverio che, in una sala degli Specchi colorata dai sorrisi dei bambini, ha descritto l’incontro con “sentimenti altamente positivi e gioiosi”, incitando i giovani visitatori a scrivere nei giorni a venire commenti, opinioni e sensazioni sull’esperienza vissuta, con la promessa di “leggerli personalmente e con alta priorità”. Martedì 25, invece, insieme a tutte le scuole primarie del cosentino, presso il camposcuola adiacente lo stadio San Vito, la scuola aiellese ha partecipato alla manifestazione conclusiva del progetto “Giocosport”. Un progetto a cui la Dirigente Policicchio ha deciso di aderire già dal mese di marzo con attività sportive curate, nelle ore scolastiche, da un esperto del CONI. Un momento, quindi, ricreativo in cui gli alunni tutti si sono cimentati in esibizioni variegate inserite in un momento di confronto, socializzazione e riscoperta dello sport quale attività fisica sana e allegra. Un plauso, è anche arrivato dal vicesindaco Gaspare Perri, con delega allo sport, che ha commentato in maniera entusiasta il coinvolgimento delle giovani generazioni del paese in attività formative come queste.

E 'was presented last Saturday at the first conference, "Women between work and family" held at the House of Cultures. The initiative, promoted and supported by the Town Council with the support of the Province of Cosenza, was designed to meet the obligatory presence of the same entity as set out in Article 14.9 of the Negotiable .19 / 00. ... It 's gone! And apparently all went well, indeed, the great (at least from my point of view!)! Still in disbelief of success throughout the day yesterday, judging by the many Aiellesi, and not only come to pay homage to the patron saint of Genius Aiello Calabro. A greeting to him, the fact of spirituality, entertainment, music, emotions, tradition and unity in the country. I agree with those who say that there is a risk of forgetting to thank someone else. But I try, and I apologize if I shall make some gaffes, but it is only right, as well as fundamental to mention those who worked for about a month - if not more - behind the scenes. Beginning with Father Jean Paul, who is a grande.Punto. Continuous with those who have participated in several organizational meetings, signing a program to encourage all families to Aiello. Quest'anno, per l'occasione, un momento di festa ed allegria, che inizia al mattino con le SS.Messe (ore 9.00 ed ore 11.00) con processione, seguendo, nel pomeriggio, con "a gara du casu"(torneo medioevale del formaggio) in località "PORTA" e con la messa delle ore 18.00 all'aperto, in Piazza Santa Maria, con il mezzobusto di San Geniale che assiste alla funzione. Poi, grande esibizione degli SBANDIERATORI DEL PALIO DI BISIGNANO, che effettueranno per l'occasione la piramide umana a 9 elementi, inoltre giochi popolari, volo dei "palluni" di San Geniale e STAND GASTRONOMICI dove gustare tutte le prelibatezze di Aiello sempre in Piazza Santa Maria, con tanta musica!!! THE SENSE OF COMMUNITY 'GIGLI
Small or large, it is the community that reflects the identity of individuals of the same members. It is thought only to his own, identity, al modo in cui possa erigersi e sorpassarne un'altra, attraverso macchinosi ed aulici intenti non-sense che eclissano la semplicità dello stare insieme con buissimi paroloni altezzosi. Mi vedo seduta sulle ginocchia di nonno Eugenio a cantare e sventolare le bandiere degli operai insieme a zio "Ninno", tra una birra ed un panino di mezza giornata sull'uscio del cantiere. Sento il fracasso di papà che armeggia tra penne e carte la satira dell'anno, con le combriccole folte che fanno a cazzotti per le idee e che si stringono le mani dopo aver loro dato forma. Crescendo come una spugna piena di ricordi che sembrano romanzi, ho capito che le radici spezzate non sono poi morte, ma pronte alla rinascita se ognuno mette la sua carta sul tavolo da gioco. Ho capito che ogni occasione è buona per ritrovarsi in tanti e rendere grande la storia nostra. Quella lacrima di nostalgia non può che impastarsi al sudore di quel lavoro che serve ad illuminare di nuovo le persone, non le cose, il gruppo, non il singolo. Il tutto, con la leggerezza e la semplicità di riscoprirci come "insieme", capace di fare una rete che poi, una volta librata in aria, può delineare le più artistiche delle forme. Senza questa base, diventerei sorda di un passato che voglio sempre ascoltare ed amplificare quanto possibile a chi mi sta intorno, cercando di allontanarmi il più possibile da quei presuntuosi fremiti solitari, da quei ridottisimi occhi teatrali di luce che illuminano un viso e ne adombrano mille.

At a time when many, too many are fighting against diseases serious as cancer, doing everything to stay alive, to preserve this precious gift that is life, this same value is overshadowed by the same person.
Our Italy lost every day of workers, victims of lack of security in the workplace, a good percentage of workers in the morning he gets up and goes to risk his life, often for very low wages, working "in black", and always due to lack of appropriate security conditions to work. Questo è un vero e proprio scandalo x il nostro paese, che ci lusinga ed esalta chiamarlo “OCCIDENTALE” ma che di occidentale ha ben poco. In un Paese come il nostro, condizionato da una idea robusta di sicurezza sociale sviluppatasi nel secondo dopoguerra, che conferisce centralità alla persona umana, è sconfortante ammettere che si può ancora morire di lavoro.
Qui non è un problema di norme, ma bensì di cultura. La tutela della salute e sicurezza nell'ambiente di lavoro, la prevenzione e la gestione dei rischi sono tutti elementi che devono essere condivisi dalle imprese e dai lavoratori mediante una solida campagna di prevenzione e di alfabetizzazione culturale. Questo problema non si limita solamente alla piccola Italia; Nel nostro continente si verifica UNA MORTE SULA LAVORO OGNI TRE MINUTI, mentre ci stiamo alzando qualcuno sta già morendo, mentre ci rechiamo a lavoro, magari dietro una comoda scrivania altre decine di persone in Europa muoiono, per non parlare dell’intera giornata.
Bisogna innanzitutto stare attenti a non commettere il grave errore di abituarsi a questi tragici accadimenti e di giungere perfino alla terribile conclusione che essi rientrino “nell’ala normale” del rapporto di lavoro.
Il governo deve cambi rotta e tutelare lavoratori. La sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro dovrebbe rappresentare per l'agenda di chi guida il Paese una priorità. Non mi sembra che l'attuale governo stia lavorando in questa direzione, infatti poco meno di un anno fa ha modificato le norme in tema di sicurezza sul lavoro alleggerendo le pene e le sanzioni per le imprese che violano le regole, riducendo drasticamente le responsabilità oggettive del management fino ad attribuirle esclusivamente ai funzionari incaricati o addirittura ai lavoratori stessi, e soprattutto diminuendo drasticamente la tutela dei dipendenti delle imprese in appalto e subappalto; Non è certo questo il modo per garantire a quanti lavorano nel nostro Paese la sicurezza che meritano e che la nostra Costituzione sancisce in modo esplicito.

Non mi sembra che l'attuale governo stia lavorando in questa direzione, infatti poco meno di un anno fa ha modificato le norme in tema di sicurezza sul lavoro alleggerendo le pene e le sanzioni per le imprese che violano le regole, riducendo drasticamente le responsabilità oggettive del management fino ad attribuirle esclusivamente ai funzionari incaricati o addirittura ai lavoratori stessi, e soprattutto diminuendo drasticamente la tutela dei dipendenti delle imprese in appalto e subappalto; Non è certo questo il modo per garantire a quanti lavorano nel nostro Paese la sicurezza che meritano e che la nostra Costituzione sancisce in modo esplicito.

2010 FESTIVAL OF TREES AT AIELLO CALABRO - Press Municipality Aiello Calabro Aiello
Ad aprire gli interventi, è stata la dirigente dell’Istituto Caterina Policicchio che dopo avere ringraziato tutti gli ospiti, dalle associazioni alle Forze dell’Ordine all’Afor che ha provveduto alle piante, ha messo in evidenza l’importanza di questa giornata e della necessità di sensibilizzare anche i più giovani alle tematiche relative alla salvaguardia dell’ambiente rilanciando così il tema della riscoperta del verde attraverso la costruzione di percorsi educativi.
Anche l’assessore all’ambiente Rosetta Lepore, ha messo in evidenza che giornate come queste servono oltre che a sensibilizzare i giovani anche a porre l’attenzione sul tema dell’ecologia, sul rispetto della natura e sull’importanza che essa ha per l’uomo. Celebrare gli alberi ci aiuta ad amare questi compagni di viaggio e a trasmettere alle generazioni future questo senso di rispetto verso le piante. 
AIELLO CALABRO - Morning in the name of gioia e della riflessione sui temi dell’ambiente all’Istituto Comprensivo di Aiello Calabro che in collaborazione con l’Amministrazione Comunale e il Corpo Forestale dello Stato, hanno celebrato la “festa degli alberi”, così come stabilito dal decreto interministeriale del Ministero delle Politiche agricole e forestali e del Ministero della Pubblica istruzione del 4 agosto del 2000. Il programma della giornata è iniziato nel giardino della scuola primaria e secondaria, dove i bambini hanno provveduto alla messa a dimora delle piante, nel terreno adiacente alla scuola, proprio per ricordare questi giorno importante per il futuro dell’umanità.

Care ragazze, cari ragazzi,
avverto la necessità di scrivervi, in questo sabato pomeriggio bagnato e che non sa di primavera, un pò per ringraziarvi nel seguire le iniziative che porto avanti e che si concretizzano grazie a voi, e poi perchè sento sempre di più che il ritorno all'aggregazione prende sempre più piede in una comunità piccola come la nostra. Sentirsi parte di un gruppo aiuta la fermentazione di idee, la nascita di pensieri e lo sviluppo di azioni in maniera qualitativamente superiore alle forme di individualismo. Fare gruppo comporta lo scambio di emozioni, la consapevolezza di essere un unicum che lotta, si difende e si offre attraverso la moltitudine delle menti che lo compongono. Io lo sto vedendo, questo, grazie a voi e, vi giuro, darei non so cosa affinchè non ci fossero limiti perimetrici alla grandezza di questo gruppo di giovani aiellesi.
Adoro il confronto con voi, amo la pazzia che fuoriesce e la profondità nell'impegno che si mette. Amo il solo fatto che siete presenti dando un senso, forse il più unico ed il più assoluto, a questo mio mandato amministrativo.
Per questo non smetterò mai di insistere affinchè voi facciate fuoriuscire sempre di più il vostro estro, la vostra originalità e la vostra unicità. E' grazie a questo che saremo, un giorno, ricordati, grazie ad un pensiero trasformato e concretizzato dalle nostre mani. Ed io, in questa trasformazione, assisterò e darò il mio appoggio sempre, applaudendovi come spettatrice allo spettacolo più bello, quello di un gruppo di giovani che ha cambiato un paese, il nostro.

Ma quando apparato produttivo, burocratico e gestione del territorio vanno per compartimenti stagni è chiaro che ne risente la vendita del prodotto. La mia idea è quella di evitare tutto ciò, lavorando in sinergia, promuovendo incontri sempre più spesso. I responsabili dei vari settori devono parlarsi tra di loro e capire le esigenze gli uni degli altri. A ciò va aggiunta una seria capacità politica di capire le reali esigenze dei produttori.

Ogni produttore vitivinicolo impiega per questioni burocratiche circa 1/3 del suo tempo, l'impegno aumenta ancora di più per le piccole aziende. All'interno delle competenze regionali, cosa intende fare per ridurre la burocrazia?
Abbiamo avviato, con convinzione, una politica rigorosa di rispetto delle procedure e dei tempi in tutti i procedimenti amministrativi. Ma stiamo attenti, da noi non esiste solo un problema di burocrazia ma anche di legalità. Per questo abbiamo istituito una Stazione Unica, affidata a un magistrato, che controlla gli appalti regionali. La Calabria non ha alternative se vuole convivere con l’Europa: rispetto delle norme, trasparenza e tempi certi. Gli indicatori ci danno ragione. Nonostante ci siano incrostazioni ancora dure a morire, i tempi della burocrazia regionale si sono sensibilmente accorciati. Se ne sono accorti gli operatori, le imprese, i cittadini e perfino la Commissione Europea che ci ha pubblicamente elogiato in più di una occasione. Rispetto a quello che avveniva prima del 2005, vale a dire prima del mio governo, questa regione si è messa in carreggiata e, spero, di migliorare progressivamente i nostri risultati nei prossimi cinque anni. Non siamo affatto una regione arretrata da questo punto di vista, ma possediamo tecniche ormai moderne e una nuova mentalità imprenditoriale. Tutto questo può essere garanzia per la conquista di nuovi mercati e nuovi consumatori. Così si riposiziona anche l’immagine dell’enoturismo calabrese nell’ambito di un fenomeno che muove ogni anno in tutto il mondo flussi assai consistenti di visitatori e di appassionati, sempre più attenti alla natura, alle tipicità e alle identità regionali. La presenza delle nostre aziende, ai meeting più prestigiosi del vino, ci ha fatto finalmente conoscere e apprezzare e siamo pronti per lanciare, ormai senza più complessi, la sfida del gusto e dell’eccellenza del “made in Calabria”. Ovvio quindi che un territorio debba essere il più congeniale possibile alla produzione dei vini. E nonostante alcune storture, il nostro è ancora un territorio sostanzialmente integro. Non credo dunque che sia questo il problema legato alle difficoltà nella commercializzazione dei nostri vini. Perciò penso in maniera differente; penso ad eventi mirati a far conoscere i nostri vini, in questo caso, ai diretti interessati agli acquisti, ai buyers, ai giornalisti di settore, non solo mediante trasferte all’estero delle aziende, ma anche invitando queste persone nella nostra terra e facendo loro apprezzare la bellezze dei nostri posti e bontà dei nostri prodotti, mediante percorsi guidati e programmati. La strada è lunga, ma credo che attraverso la costituzione di sinergie tra la classe politica e le aziende, investimenti razionali che mirino all’efficacia dei risultati piuttosto che all’enfasi mediatica, si possa fare molto e ridurre il gap di popolarità tra i nostri eccellenti vini e quelli prodotti in altre parti d’Italia e del mondo.
3. La Calabria è la regione con il più vasto patrimonio ampelografico autoctono, purtroppo molte varietà non sono ancora iscritte al Registro Nazionale delle Varietà di Vite. Cosa pensa di fare per tutelare e valorizzare questo immenso patrimonio?
Sono fermamente convinto che il patrimonio vinicolo calabrese vada tutelato e soprattutto valorizzato. Oggi il successo di un vino passa per la capacità di essere originale, esclusivo e di qualità. La Calabria ha tutte le carte in regola per offrire sul mercato vini con tali caratteristiche, proprio grazie alla ricchezza di vitigni autoctoni che possiede! Bisogna quindi porre la massima attenzione a tale problematica ed accelerare i tempi di verifica ed inserimento di tali varietà all’interno del registro nazionale delle varietà di vite.
