Dopo l'intervallo lungo un sapiente uso della panchina da parte del Coach della Libertas e una presumibile stanchezza da parte degli elementi più rappresentativi della Polisportiva Galli (il cui Coach peraltro era in tribuna causa squalifica in un precedente match) e conseguente incremento della "fallosità" ha consentito ai gialloblù di allungare progressivamente fino a divenire, nell'ultimo quarto, irragiungibili.
